Source of Pectin : Bananas contain Pectin, a water soluble fiber that helps normalize movement through the digestive tract, improves digestion and eases constipation.


Rich in vitamins :  Bananas are a rich source of vitamin C, Vitamin B6 & B12. It improves the functioning of the nervous systems.


Iron content : Bananas are relatively high in iron, which helps to fight Anemia.


Good for our Bones : Presence of calcium and potassium in bananas help strengthen our bones.
