Take little steps towards a healthy living by following these simple tips:-  

  1. Exercise regularly.

  1. Quit Smoking.       

  1. Avoid Fatty foods.

  1. Go for a walk every morning.

  1. Practice Yoga.

  1. Get atleast 6 hours of Sleep everyday.

  1. Cut down on your Alcohol intake.

  1. Keep your Mind active.

  1. Do not over eat.

  1. Consume Green vegetables.

  1. Eat at regular intervals.

  1. Do not skip your breakfast.

  1. Remember to wash your hands before eating.

  1. Do not practice self medication.

  1. Go for yearly medical check-ups.

  1. Eat a balanced diet.

  1. Make sure that the water you drink is clean.

  1. Take good care of yourself; especially during the change of seasons.

  1. Avoid stressing yourself.

  1. Do not fall for Health Supplements without consulting your doctor.
