Samsung electronics has recently announced Samsung Z - the world’s first smartphone that runs on the Tizen (V 2.2.1) OS in an effort to break away from the android jinx. Zixen is an flexible open-source operating system (OS) that is primarily  targeted  at the  mobile and  connected device ecosystem. The Samsung Z sports a 4.8 inch 720 x 1080 pixels Super AMOLED display which translates into a pixel density of 306 ppi and is powered by a 2.3 GHz quad-core processor and features a 2Gb RAM. WhatsApp has come up with a new update that allows you to mute conversations for a particular group for a 100 years.  By using the 'Mute' function you instruct the app not to 'sound a notification alert' for new messages that arrives during the selected time span (the minimum being for 8 hours).
