Google Acquires Admeld To Boost Publisher Revenues

Internet giant Google Inc has acquired the New York based ad management company Admeld Inc, for an undisclosed sum.

According to Neal Mohan, Vice President of Google's Display Advertising Department, this acquisition would "help major publishers get the most out of the rapidly changing and growing display ad landscape".
